Dr. Bishop Grivas K. Musisi

He is the Vision Bearer and Overseer of Prayer Palace Ministries with over 375 branch churches having started the ministry with His Brother Ap. Deogratius Balabyekkubo [of blessed Memory] in 1988.

He was called into Ministry close to 4 decades ago at a youthful age and he has for the past over 35 years played a pivotal role in Nurturing, mentoring, and Fathering Great generals of the Kingdom both locally and internationally.

GENESIS OF THINGS

Having been born and raised in a prosperous but polygamous Catholic family, he of all people least expected to give His life to Christ. But amidst all the wealth and pomp, he was unable to produce children. His search for a Remedy to this predicament led him to contact even the most senior enchanters in Zanzibar and Pemba to no avail. However, in 1884, he was led to Jesus Christ by His younger brother Ap. Deogratius Balabyekkubo [RIP] after reading Isaiah 66:9 and he thought once he got children, he could go on with his personal devices. Little was known to him that the man who sought children will one day become a Great vessel of God. Years down the road, the Lord captured His Heart and he rose through the ranks beginning as an usher later as a deacon, pastor and was chosen to go to Canada and study theology where he was ordained as A bishop in 1991.

In all this, He witnessed firsthand the Miracle working power of God and after he got married, he who was once barren produced over 5 children including twins!. He has been used by God to transmit these same realities to the people under Him and even in the mighty crusades that he has done both in Uganda and Across East Africa such as The Great Mwanza Crusade, Fort Portal Crusade, Namayemba Crusade, Mubende Crusade to mention but a few. Countless testimonies of barren women conceiving, impotent men regaining their manhood, genital organs created, Chronic illnesses like Cancer, HIV cured and many others stand as a witness that validate His call.

APOSTOLIC MANDATE TO UGANDA  AND THE NATIONS

In the year 1996, the Lord appeared to Him and gave Him an instruction to raise a Joshua generation that would be trained in the ways of God and techniques of Spiritual warfare. He further instructed him to strategically place them into different place of human habitation such as villages and cities to be able to preach and teach many the purpose of the Kingdom and all those obedient to this will have the Grace to dispossess their enemies and possess territories for the Kingdom. It is on the backdrop of this that he led a great intercessory movement and has been able to oversee countless Mighty men of the Kingdom rise and has seen Prayer Palace branches multiply all over the Land. In the year 2000, the Lord gave Him a vision of reaching over 68 million souls with the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and this he continues to do through the different nationwide crusades,  Dunamis 103FM as well as leadership conferences and soul winning crusades both within and outside Uganda

A FATHER’S MANDATE

Having seen the errors that the first generation of the Pentecostal movement made through absence of proper mentorship and guidance as he calls it, “Spiritual babies raising spiritual babies”, God placed a burden on his heart to teach people submission to authority and Proper Fatherhood.[Malachi 4:4-5]. This God- given mandate has been evidenced in his approach to kingdom matters, teachings and books that he has authored notable of which is “Fatherhood and Sonship“. To-date, Bishop still houses a God-given burden to raise a new breed of Ministers that fear nothing but God and hate nothing but Sin that is sound in doctrine, scriptural in their make and contextually able to interpret and teach the generations thereafter.
